Return and Exchange Policy
At Ergo Royal, we strive to provide an excellent shopping experience. Each product is meticulously handcrafted by our artisans to ensure you receive top-notch style and utility. We offer multiple angle photos and include common objects for scale to give you a clear understanding of the product’s size and dimensions. Additionally, we provide magnified views of the fabric and vegan leather to help you gauge the final product’s feel.
Before shipping, every item undergoes a thorough Quality Check, ensuring it meets our standards. This process aims to help you make an informed decision before purchasing. Due to the nature of our products, which cannot be resold once unpacked, we only support limited return or cancellation requests.
If you have any concerns about the product you received, please send images of the unused product from all sides to support@ergoroyal.com within 2 days of receiving it. Our team will inspect your case and advise on the next steps. Ensure the product is in good condition and the packaging is intact.
Important Note: Requests may be rejected if the product is not in its original condition upon inspection by our team.
We do not accept any exchange and return requests for products purchased during a SALE. The exchange or return process typically takes 10 to 15 working days, though this may vary based on your location.
Defective or Incorrect Product: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, email us at support@ergoroyal.com with images and your order number within 2 days of receiving the package. Our team will review your case and, if eligible, will guide you on the replacement process. Note that we do not offer returns in this situation. Delivery timelines for replacement products depend on your location.
Late or Missing Refunds (due to payment failure, if applicable): These issues typically arise from a problem between your bank and our payment partner. Usually, the transactions are corrected within 7-8 working days without intervention. If you haven’t received a refund after this period, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, and finally, your bank, as there is often processing time involved. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ergoroyal.com.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order, email us at support@ergoroyal.com before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. The cancellation process may take 1-2 business days, and you will receive an email notification once your request is processed.
